Description
Please refer to the attached Request for Information and associated draft Performance Work Statement.
Contractor will be reviewing Patient Movement Requests (PMRs), having discussions with the sending facilities / physicians and the receiving facilities / physicians to ensure the appropriate personnel, equipment, medical and/or non-medical attendants are available for patient moves and the receiving facility has the capability and capacity to receive the patient. With the TRANSCOM Patient Movement Requirements Center Americas (TPMRC-A) personnel, the Validating Flight Surgeon discusses the clinical issues with the Nurse & makes sure all required data is collected to make a decision to validate or not. With the Operations Officer, they-ll ensure there is safe transportation to and from the respective air terminals, the flights are scheduled and ensure any operational challenges are overcome.
