object of the contract : the works consist of the entire renovation of the common premises to the staff working on the site of the road park, and in particular: the renovation of the cloakrooms, the toilets, the dining room with kitchenette (without gas), the local lingerie and local including the modification of access to premises and openings. The total area to be rehabilitated is 138 square meters. A first step is to rehabilitate the plateau of the first floor to create vestiaires which will be used the time of works on the ground floor. Lot n6: lot 6 - electricity electrical cabinet replacement - earthing of the electrical installation, supply and installation of lighting and power supply, security blocks and fire alarm - supply and installation of power outlets, tv socket, network sockets and all wiring.lot n7: lot 7 - heating - ventilation - plumbing removal of all existing heating equipment and supply and installation of reversible indoor units and an outdoor unit - removal of all existing ventilation equipment and provision and installation of vmc extraction units and all equipment associated (extraction vents, ducts ..) - removal of all existing plumbing equipment. A temporary arrangement will consist in putting in pon the floor wash basins resin molds with mixer faucets and shower trays, as well as move a toilet.on the ground floor, supply and installation of suspended wc brackets and urinals, aluminum shower panels, resin basins with their faucets.
