Uniformation has mandated the Regional Association of Local Missions Auvergne Rhône-Alpes to carry out in its name and on its behalf this procurement procedure and ensure the selection of the service provider(s) in order to meet the training needs of the Local missions as part of the regional training plan which was approved by the CPNEFP of the branch. In its capacity as contracting authority, Uniformation will intervene to conclude the contract with the training organization(s) selected at the end of the contract. procedure and ensure payment of the services provided for in the contract. The ARML remains the main contact for the selected service providers with regard to the execution of services, ensures the receipt of services in connection with Uniformation, and validates the deliverables expected as part of the services
