The goal of the procurement is to produce reliable and to be analyzed traffic data material that can be used in monitoring, reporting, comparing traffic and the number of tourists arriving in Sodankylä, as well as supporting decision-making. Cameras must enable continuous or regular data collection on traffic flows and provide data that can be used for further analytics and that is traffic data subject to GDPR regulations. Reporting, comparability and analytics The tenderer must describe how the offered traffic cameras support the reporting of traffic data (e.g. vehicle classification, traffic volumes, temporal variation), how the collected data enables comparison between different time periods and locations, what analytics features the system contains (e.g. real-time monitoring, historical data, trend analysis) and in what form the data is available (e.g. interfaces, file formats, visualization tools) and how often.
