The contract consists on the one hand of supplying medium and low voltage electrical energy for the period 2026 and on the other hand supplying natural gas for the 2026 period for the Port of Antwerp-Bruges. The tenderer must submit a rate proposal for the supply of 100% greene electricity. This energy to be supplied is generated with renewable energy sources that are inexhaustible and can be used again and again to generate energy. Examples are hydropower, solar energy, wind energy and energy from biomass. The supplier will provide the nopurchases from Belgium with guarantees of origin.
