Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of HFEP Equipment for FY 2022

(Early Procurement Activities for FY 2022)

1. The Zamboanga City Medical Center, through the funding year 2022 intends to apply the sum of PhP 50, 00, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of HFEP Equipment for FY 2022 (Early Procurement Activities for FY 2022). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Zamboanga City Medical Center now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of HFEP Equipment 2022 (Early Procurement Activities for FY 2022). Delivery of the Goods is required until December 31, 2022. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
