Detailed_Description : The Supply, Delivery and Installation of up to two (2) Automated Sample Extraction Systems
Scope of Work : The Ministry up to two (2) Automated Sample Extraction Systems.The Ministry requires the supply, delivery and install up to two (2) automated sample extraction systems (each an “SES”) for polychlorinated biphenyls (“PCBs”), organochlorine pesticides (“OCs”), chlorinated biphenyls (“CBs”) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (“PAHs”) for environmental chemical analysisEach of the SES will be used by the Ministry to extract environmental samples for the analysis of trace levels of persistent and toxic organic compounds, including PCBs, OCs, CBs and PAHs in environmental matrices such as soils, biota, vegetation, sediments and biosolids for regulatory and monitoring purposes. Each SES will also be used to produce results for the Ontario government publication titled “Guide to Eating Ontario Fish”, also referred to as the “Guide to Eating Sportfish and Fish Guide”.
