Description:
The RFP is an invitation to submit offers for The Supply and Install of an In situ Transcriptome Spatial Profiling Analyzer, as further described herein.
The equipment will be used to conduct spatial transcriptome and proteome analyses of mouse brain. The In situ Transcriptome Spatial Profiling Analyzer is capable of analyzing hundreds of specified mRNA targets using a proprietary amplification system. Analysis of protein expression can be carried out on the same slide. The analyzer is a self-contained unit that just needs a slide with tissue sections placed in it after probe hybridization and the analyzer will generate a spatial transcriptome map of mRNA expression at the single cell and subcellular level. Antibodies can then be used on the same slide to provide spatial protein expression in relation to transcript expression. Customization of probe sets containing at least 250 probes focused on immune encoding transcripts is essential. The analyzer comes with easy to use, intuitive software.
