The supplier will be required to prepare a land plot formation and redevelopment project, the purpose of which is to form a state plot of land for a different purpose in the Daukšiai village of Erš... The supplier must prepare the land plot formation and redevelopment project, the purpose of which is to create a state plot of land for another purpose in Erškėtrožių street, Daukšiai village, Skuodas district, Skuodas district. The preliminary area is 0.4700 ha. The design works are performed automatically through Land Management information system for preparation of planning documents (hereinafter - ŽPDRIS, service No. ZSFP-200695). After approving the prepared project and receiving the approval document, perform cadastral measurements of the formed plot. Guided by the real estate of the Republic of Lithuania according to the property cadastre law, the cadastral measurements of the plot are carried out in the state coordinate system, during which the boundaries of the turning angles of the plot are marked with constant boundary marks that meet the standard. During the formation of the plot and during the cadastral survey of the plot the measurements take into account the plots formed nearby and registered in the Real Estate Register of the State Enterprise Register Center, whose cadastral measurements were made in the local coordinate system LKS-42. Recalculate the coordinates of such plots to LKS-94. The boundaries of the projected plot must coincide with the recalculated coordinates of these plots. Plots for which the coordinates must be recalculated to LKS-94 should be noted in the explanatory note of the project being prepared, indicating the cadastral numbers of such plots. Land cadastre data are submitted to the State Enterprise Register Center for verification by electronic means.
