Description: - The subject of the present Public Procurement is Development of a General Development Plan of the Municipality of Kaloyanovo, Including a Basic Plan, Ecological Assessment (EC) and Compatibility Assessment (OS). In Execution of the present Public Procurement, the Contractor should Develop a General Development Plan of the Municipality of Kaloyanovo in Two Phases - Preliminary Design Phase and Final Project Phase. In connection with Art. 125, Al. 7 of the Spatial Planning Act In parallel with the elaboration of the Draft General Development Plan of Kaloyanovo Municipality, the Contractor shall Prepare a Supporting Plan and Ecological Assessment of the General Development Plan of Kaloyanovo Municipality, including Compatibility Assessment (Axis) Under Art. 31 of the Biodiversity Act (BDA)
