Completion date: January - February 2027 (the exact shutdown window will be rigorously synchronized with the furnace shutdown schedule rotary). The detailed scope of work is divided into 4 main technological nodes (according to the cost estimate database: F. Albin, R. Bosiacki, M. Blaczkowski): Area I: 673 Pasery II - Main burnerReplacement of filters and radiator, installation of pressure gauges and fastening of hoses connecting hydraulics to semi-trailers (HU52). Inspection and repair of the 673DG73 rotary feeder (verification of stars and chain) along with gluing the walls with Chester wear-resistant compound. Inspection and possible replacement/repair of SC54 and SC59 auger bearings. Replacement of the bearing, inspection and regeneration of the QP55 mixer and regeneration of 673WF66 mixers. Replacement of the 673HD75 SC 20/30 compensator. 673RA68 inspection: replacement of rubbers on the rotor, replacement of bearings and injector; replacement of 2 pieces of basalt elbows; reducer regeneration and inspection pipeline. Area II: 673 Passes II - Drying room. Inspection of the 673 HD75 charging trough: replacement of screws, belt, rollers and the selecting screw trough; regeneration of fan covers.
