Subject of the OrderThe subject of this request for quotation is the comprehensive implementation of the service entitled: "Inspection and adjustment of the UNITHERM main burner (316 BP 22) and accompanying works on the Dry Furnace Technology Line during the renovation shutdown WTA 2027" at the Holcim Polska S.A. plant - Kujawy Cement Plant in Bielawy. The detailed scope of work includes in particular: Transport of the 316 BP 22 main burner from level 0 to the mechanical workshop. Carrying out control and measurement activities in order to performing measurements strictly in accordance with the technical and operational documentation (DTR) of the device manufacturer. Replacing the burner tip with a complete replacement of seals. Replacing the fuel line II. Returning the burner to the installation position and reinstalling it installation. Infrastructure security - the Contractor is obliged to absolutely secure cable routes, electrical networks and automation infrastructure in its immediate area of operation for the duration of the work.2. Conditions ImplementationPlace of implementation: Holcim Polska S.A., Cementownia Kujawy in Bielawy, 88-190 Barcin (Device codes: 3DB, Renovation code: RPL). Work completion date: Furnace renovation shutdown: January 2027 - February 2027 (detailed daily/hourly schedule will be agreed with the Contractor at the stage of coordination briefing before the start of the shutdown). Form of remuneration: Lump sum for the entire scope, taking into account the calculation division into man-hours (Rbg), equipment (S) and own materials...
