The subject of the procurement is a postal service survey. The contract is divided into six (6) sections, namely: - Lot A (Research and analysis of the effectiveness of the Universal Post Service Contractor by comparing at least three foreign contractors), - Lot B (WACC Calculation as of 31.12.2021 in accordance with the model CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model). The requests of the contracting authority in connection with the subject of the contract are evident from the technical specifications that are part of this procurement documentation. The contracting authority has provided or planned funds in the amount of EUR 35, 000 with VAT, for Lot A 25, 000 EUR with VAT and for Lot B EUR 10, 000 with VAT. Bids that will exceed the amount of guaranteed or planned assets for the contracting authority for each set, will be excluded as unacceptable in this set.
