The subject of the order is the provision of services by the Contractor services consisting in the comprehensive production of audiovisual materials regarding the European Funds and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan The Contractor's provision of services consisting in comprehensive production of audiovisual materials regarding European Funds and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. 1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor of services consisting in the comprehensive production of audiovisual materials regarding the European Funds and National Plan Rebuilding and Increasing Resilience. The order covers comprehensive production (pre-production, production and post-production) of audiovisual materials (short video materials on information and promotional topics). 2. Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). A contract will be concluded with the Contractor whose offer is considered the most advantageous on the terms specified in the PPU. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of introducing changes to concluded contract, pursuant to Art. 455 of the Act, in the manner and under the conditions described in detail in the PPU. 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Act. 4. The Ordering Party does not anticipate carrying out the procedure by the Contractor on-site visit and verification of documents necessary for the execution of the order referred to in Art. 131 section 2 of the Act. 5....
