Comprehensive service including preparation of hazardous waste for collection, loading, collection, transport as well as destruction and neutralization (disposal) of secured waste by the Ordering Party. 1) The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor of a comprehensive service including the preparation of hazardous waste for collection, its loading, collection, transport in accordance with ADR regulations and applicable law, and then their neutralization through thermal transformation (burning) in installations with the required administrative decisions and permits, in accordance with Annex No. 1 - Offer form, and Annex No. 2 - Description of the subject orders. 2) Waste consists of mixtures of chemical substances contained in 1000 l Mauser containers, 200 l barrels, 25 kg packages and 5 l and 2 l canisters, etc. 3) If it is found that the packaging does not meet transport requirements, in particular those resulting from ADR regulations, the Contractor undertakes to deliver packaging at his own expense...
