The subject of the order is the performance of construction works in order to implement the task entitled: "Expansion of national road No. 12 on the Lipinki Łużyckie - Żary section". The subject of the order is the performance of construction works in order to implement the task entitled: "Road expansion national road No. 12 on the Lipinki Łużyckie - Żary section. The main objective of the subject of the order is to fully adapt the existing road system (existing national road No. 12) to the parameters of a GP class road. Comprehensive expansion of the road section the national structure will strengthen the surface structure and adapt it to the required technical conditions, in particular by widening the road, improving the road geometry, including intersections and curves, and supplementing the infrastructure with the necessary elements for vulnerable people traffic participants. This will reduce the impact of road traffic on the surroundings, and at the same time make traffic smoother and reduce disruptions. Local use of surfaces with reduced noise emission to protect residential areas exposed to this noise emissions should largely eliminate acoustic nuisance. Traffic calming in towns, it will increase the comfort of residents and increase their safety. The road will meet the conditions regarding the state's defense needs.
