Design, delivery and turnkey construction of a photovoltaic installation called PV Lubno III with an installed capacity of up to 48 MW The Subject of the Order includes comprehensive turnkey execution of construction and electrical works as well as necessary design works construction and delivery of a photovoltaic installation called PV Lubno III with an installed capacity of up to 48 MW together with the GPO station, in accordance with the PFU. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the option right, in accordance with Art. 441 section 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. The subject of the order includes comprehensive execution turnkey construction and electrical works as well as necessary design work in the scope of construction and delivery of photovoltaic installations, divided into the guaranteed part and the optional part of the Subject of the Order, i.e.: Task No. 1 - Guaranteed scope - design and construction of a turnkey photovoltaic installation called PV Lubno III with an installed capacity of up to 48 MW, without delivery of modules and inverters, in accordance with the PFU [purchase and delivery on the Ordering Party's side and arrangement and installation on the Contractor's side] - basic scope of the order - minimum guaranteed order quantity, Task No. 2 - Optional scope - delivery of photovoltaic modules and inverters to the Investment site [in accordance with the PFU].
