The subject of the order is the performance of construction works with changes in the manner of use for the Bromirski Palace. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works with changes in the manner of use for the Bromirski Palace, located in Staroreby, ul. Parkowa 31, registry number Dziaki 849, registry district 0036 Staroreby, entered into the register of monuments under No. 108 of January 25, 1958. The construction works concern only the building without any development of the plot. The contractor is obliged to perform all works in accordance with the attached documentation projects and recommendations of the Masovian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments in Warsaw resulting from the documentation, among others, Decision No. 542/2025 of November 5, 2025 and comments and reservations at the stage of project implementation. All works performed by The contractor's work should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law, applicable standards and technical conditions for the execution and acceptance of works and construction practices, health and safety and fire protection regulations, with respect for the Ordering Party's property, the environment and in accordance with the recommendations investor and conservation supervision inspector.
