The subject of the order is the modernization of the educational space in Primary School 2, stage 1. The scope of construction works is specified in the Design Documentation, Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order and mainly includes: - dismantling and removal of movable and permanent equipment from modernized rooms. Protection of permanent equipment, - demolition of terrazzo window sills, dismantling of doors and frames, dismantling of floor and plinth strips, dismantling of bumpers, dismantling of casings, dismantling of curtain rods, dismantling of roller shutters, dismantling of floors, removing bitumen glue from the floor, - tapping, cleaning and dusting floor screeds, priming the floor screed surfaces, repairing deep defects in floor screeds, - making a bonding layer, - leveling and smoothing the surface self-leveling floors with putty, - delivery and installation of window sills with supporting elements for selected rooms, - preparation of door openings, - construction of new electrical and telecommunications installations in some parts, - cleaning and preparation of entrances to ventilation ducts, - peeling of ceiling plaster and cyan, reflection of hollow and loose fragments of plaster. - use...
