The subject of the order includes the delivery (without assembly and commissioning) of components of the BESS electric energy storage system The subject of the order includes the delivery (without assembly and commissioning) of components of the electrical energy storage system BESS with usable power and usable capacity in accordance with Annex No. 1a to the OPZ ("List of BESS projects") and Annex 1b ("Table of contact points and responsibilities of the MEE / BESS / EPC / Ordering Party Supplier"). The contractor will deliver complete devices, brand new, prepared for efficient assembly and commissioning by the Ordering Party or a separate Contractor, and will participate in the commissioning of the delivered BESS system - in accordance with the OPZ. The agreement will be valid for a period of 36 months from its conclusion, subject to the Contractor's obligation to comply with the Order Schedule (Appendix No. 1d).
