Their Meals Cover All Days Of The Week And Are Not Influenced By Festive, Holiday And More. Non-Working Days. The Preparation Of The Food Is Carried Out In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Diets According To "Collection Of Dietary Recipesmeals For Public Catering Establishments And Medical Prophylactic Institutions ", Ed. Technique, Sofia, 1984, Under The Auspices Of The Ministry Of Commerce And The Ministry Of Public Health.
