These Are A Relatively Constant Number Of Stationary Patients On Average 198-200 People And On-Call Hospital Staff - 7 People On The Following Diets According To The Prescriptionof Mh 9, 10, 15, As Proposed By The Participant 4 Pcs. 7-Day Menus. Their Meals Cover All Days Of The Week And Are Not Influenced By Festive, Holiday And More. Non-Working Days. The Preparation Of The Food Is Carried Out In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Diets According To "Collection Of Dietary Recipesmeals For Public Catering Establishments And Medical Prophylactic Institutions ", Ed. Technique, Sofia, 1984, Under The Auspices Of The Ministry Of Commerce And The Ministry Of Public Health. The Suggested Unit Price Per Meal For Each Of The Diets Described May Not Be Higher Than Specifiedbut In The Documentation For The Public Procurement.
