Description:-The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is "Information And Publicity Activity" Under Project Nobg16rfop001-5.001-0046 "Improving The Social Infrastructure In Support Of The Deinstitutionalization Of Childcare In The Municipality Of Pernik", Contract Bgf ? Bg16rfop001-5.001-0046-C01, Financed By The Operational Program"Regions In Growth 2014-2020", Co-Funded By The European Union Through The European Regional Development Fund, With Two Distinct Items "Lot 1" Organizing And Holding Press Conferences, Disseminating Internet Publications, Internet Banners, Preparing And Publishing Publisherin The Local / Regional Press, Temporary And Permanent Explanatory Signs, And Lot 2 - "Production Of Printed Information And Promotional Materials According To The Beneficiary'S Unified Guide To Implementation Of The Information And Communication Rules 2014-2020, Reserved On The Grounds Art. 80, Paragraph 1 Of The Ripp. The Initial And Final Press Conferences Will Be Held In A Hall Provided By The Municipality Of Pernik. Press Conferences Should Be Organized For A Minimum Of 20 People, With Invitations, Attendance List, Multimedia, Presentations, Writing Materials, Printed Materialsinformation Materials, Coffee Break, Catering. The Conduct Of The Press Conferences Should Be Properly Announced By Disseminating A Press Release In The Local Media, The Municipal Information Site, The Oprd Ma And The Regional Information Center In Pernik. After The Events Have Ended, Bprepared Press Releases Announced On The Information Site Of The Municipality, In Which Information About The Project Will Be Presented In Summary Form. A Web Banner Containing A Short Description Of The Project, Including Goals And Expected Results, Should Be Placed On The Information Site Of Pernik Municipality. Within The Castexercise Of The Project For Publication In Local Media Will Be Prepared 2 Pcs. Publications Containing Information On The Progress Of The Project Activities. Printed Information And Promotional Materials - Posters, Brochures, Folders, Notebooks, Block - Sheets, Cups; Flash Memory And More. Of The Admissible Materials, The Beneficiary'S Unified Beneficiary Handbook For The Implementation Of The 2014-2020 Information And Communication Rules, Which Will Be Described In Detail By Types, Parameters And Quantities In The Terms Of Reference / Specification, Which Will Be An Integral Part Of The Contractor Selection Documentation, As Well As Appm Contract For The Implementation Of The Information And Communication Activities Under The Project. The Purpose Of The Assignment Is A Service Aimed At Fulfilling The Mandatory Requirements For Information And Communication Measures Of The European Union, Obliging The Financial Contribution Of The European Funds. Merckpublicity And Visualization Publications Should Be Fully In Line With The Requirements Of The Oprd 2014-2020 And The Beneficiary'S Unified Beneficiary Guide For Implementing The Information And Communication Rules 2014-2020. And To Ensure The Promotion And Presentation Of The Project To A Wide Range Of People, Target Groups And The Public. The Project Includes The Following Information And Communication Measures: Initial And Final Press Conferences, The Press Conferences Will Be Appropriately Announced By Disseminating Press Releases In The Local Media, The Informationmunicipality Of Oprd And Regional Information Center Pernik.
