Description:-The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Net Electricity To The Sites Of The Rdip - Veliko Tarnovo Located In The Territory Of Veliko Tarnovo District, According To The List Of Objects, Annex To The Contract. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of Five (Five) Calendar Years, With Estimated Annual Consumptionof 490, 000 Kwh, Estimated Annual Consumption 87 171, 00 Bgn Excluding Vat Or Total Duration Of The Contract - 2 450 000 Kwh And 435 855, 00 Bgn Without Vat. The Assignor Does Not Undertake To Spend The Intended Amount Under The Contract, The Contractor Being Obliged To Deliver The Necessarythe Amount Of Net Electricity For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. For The Duration Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority May Include And / Or Exclude Objects From The Scope Of The Contract At Any Time During Its Performance By Notifying The Contractor In Writing. The Contracting Authority Pays The Contractor Only The Quantity Actually Consumedo Net Electricity At The Sites Covered By The Contract.
