Description:-The Subject-Matter Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Periodic Deliveries Through The Purchase Of High-Density Polyethylene Pipes For Drinking Water Supply, Two-Layer Corrugated Polyethylene Pipes For Sewerage And Fittings For Them Necessary To Ensure The Operational And Emergency Activity Ofplumbing And Sewerage Services Ltd. Pazardzhik, Upon Prior Request From The Employer. The Periodic Deliveries Of The Products Have The Technical Parameters And Characteristics Detailed In The Technical Specification. The Quantities For Each Delivery Shall Be Determined By The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And Shall Be Indicated To The Contractorin A Formal Application. The Contracting Authority Shall Not Be Bound By Minimum Quantities For The Period Of The Contract. Conditions For Fulfillment Of The Contract - The Pipes And Fittings Offered By The Tenderer Must Meet The Technical Parameters And Requirements Of The Technical Specification. The Products Offered, Must Meet The European And Bulgarian Quality Standards And Should Be On Delivery
