REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST:
1. The Concepcion Water District, through the Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the governing Boards for the year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty-One Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (PhP341, 600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for The Services of an ISO 9001:2015 Certifying Body (A Three (3) Year Re-Certification of Concepcion Water District on its Quality System Standard ISO 9001:2015).
2. Proposal received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
