Tender Details

The subject of the order consists of a basic order, i.e. a guaranteed one (service of 43 pieces of multifunctional devices along with the lease and service of 6 new devices) and an order covered by the option right (lease and service of a maximum of 4 new devices). The law of options is the Ordering Party's right, which it may, but does not have to, exercise as part of the implementation of the contract. If the Ordering Party exercises the option right, the Contractor is obliged to perform it to the extent consistent with the OPZ constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. IN If the Ordering Party does not exercise the option right, the Contractor is not entitled to any claim in this respect. Detailed regulations in this respect are included in the OPZ, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, and in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. Scope of the basic (guaranteed) order: The Ordering Party has 43 pieces of equipment, specified in Appendix 1 to the OPZ, which the Contractor will provide with an authorized service.
