Tender Details

The service of preparing the necessary technical documentation along with the necessary opinions, arrangements - preparation of technical documentation and cost estimates for the works covered by the project - task 15, task 30 1. The procedure is conducted in tender mode unlimited pursuant to Art. 132 of the Act and its implementing acts, with a contract value equal to or greater than the EU threshold. To the extent not regulated by the above-mentioned legal acts, the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code apply (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1061, as amended). 2.
