The service of obtaining and processing data along with the design, development and implementation of the "Tree Map" System as part of the project entitled: "Digital transformation and expansion of e-services in Bielsko-Biała" 1) The subject of the order is to obtain information spatial data regarding the distribution and phytosanitary condition of trees and other elements of urban greenery, as well as areas of the urban heat island and blue, green and gray infrastructure, using specialized remote sensing scanners aviation and analysis methods based on machine learning. Additionally, as part of field work, taxonomic, dendrometric and diagnostic information on selected trees will be obtained. The order also covers the use of existing data, in the possession of the Ordering Party and other data useful for the implementation of the subject of the order. 2) Development, analysis and visualization of the acquired data in the form of cartographic studies, along with the diagnosis of factors shaping the potential adaptive city. The diagnosis should include, in particular, an assessment of the degree of surface sealing, the extent and intensity of the urban heat island, the condition of green infrastructure and the level of biodiversity. The results of the analyzes should be presented in the form of maps thematic ones, made available as WMS and WFS network services and through a map portal, which is an element of the integrated IT system for urban greenery management, Mapa Drzew.
