Thread construction dimensions:1) Diameter A: 27.976 mm2) Dimension B: 1 mm3) Dimension C: 22 mm4) Diameter D: 25.336 mm5) Cone angle (): 6°52' (6.8666°)6) Total length of the gauge (without handle): approx. 57 mmPreview photo in the attachment to the request for quotation.5. Quality requirements and tolerances:1) Tolerance of unspecified dimensions: ± 0.01 mm2) Angle tolerance: ± 25”3) Roughness of working surfaces: Ra 0.86. Report on the service performed:1) Dimension check report geometrical parameters consistent with specification7. Additional notes: 1) The Ordering Party will provide material for the service, i.e. a beryllium bronze rod with a length of approximately 1.14 m and a diameter of approximately 33 mm2) The test holder is not the subject of this service.
