Service maintenance of automobile equipment by separate positions: Separate position No. 1: "Service maintenance of automobile equipment - city of Sofia" The service maintenance of automotive equipment covers all activities related to the technical maintenance of the cars, ensuring safe and reliable use and technical condition of the cars, according to the provisions of the Road Traffic Act, the by-laws issued on its basis and regulations of the competent authorities, including the necessary spare parts, materials and consumables. The technical requirements for the subject of the public procurement should fully meet the requirements of the technical specification ТС В 01.5068.25 and of the Contracting Authority. General estimated value of the public order is 272, 689.01 euros without VAT. On the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Law on Public Procurement /ZOP/ The contracting authority may award individual positions in the order valid for the individual value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective separate item does not exceed BGN 156, 464/ EUR 79, 998.77 for supplies and services and the total value of the separate items assigned in this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total value of the order. In these cases regardless of the residual value of the order, it is awarded in the order applicable to the total value of the entire order.
