1. The subject of the order includes: Establishing and operating in the Kęty Commune at least two publicly accessible Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK, within a period of 33 months, no earlier than from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, including at least one in the City of Kęty, in order to, in accordance with Art. 3 section 2 point 6 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, enable all residents of the municipality easy access to points Detailed description the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. The ordering party envisages awarding an order consisting in the repetition of similar services referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act. 2.1. Scope of expected services to be provided: Orders will consist of: on the repetition of the same services that were described in the basic order. 2.2. The Ordering Party anticipates that the value of the contract to be awarded may amount to a maximum of 90% of the value of the basic contract. 2.3.Conditions under which the order is made (repetition of similar services) will be provided: 2.3.1. in the event of exhaustion of the amount referred to in § 4 section 21 of the contract, 2.3.2. in the event of a prolonged procedure for awarding another contract in an open procedure, which also means no resolution of the proceedings in such a procedure; 2.3.3. the award of the contract will be preceded by a single-source procedure, after negotiations with the Contractor, 2.3....
