Part I of the order (building no. 1 K - 8829 at ul. Puławska 16 in Tomice). Part II of the order (building no. 120 K - 0044 at ul. Żwirki i Wigury 9/13 in Warsaw). Part III of the order (buildings no. 10 and no. 11 K - 1024 at ul. 29 Listopada 1 in Warsaw). Part IV of the order (building no. 4 K - 0009 at ul. Dymińska 13 in Warsaw). The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended). Procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender in accordance with Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the order is the service of developing design and cost estimate documentation for the renovation of buildings, divided into 4 (four) parts of the order. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annexes No. 1 No. 5.1. - 5.4. and No. 4 to the SWZ, i.e.: Offer form, Description of the subject of the order and Draft provisions contracts. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, each of which will be assessed by the Ordering Party separately, according to the rules described in the ToR. The order was divided into parts, in accordance with the description contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ. Each of Contractors may submit an offer for any selected part/parts.
