The service of creating, delivering and maintaining an IT system promoting dynamic and static passenger information along with the management of electronic media presenting it. 1) The subject of the order is: 1.Delivery of the Central System Passenger Information WTP (cSIP), consisting of at least: a) central application publishing timetable data in the GTFS/NeTEx format, propagating passenger content and supervising e-ink passenger information media, b)application component modeling the prediction of the departure of WTP vehicles from public transport stops and presenting it on e-ink media and publishing vehicle location data in the GTFS-RT/SIRI format, and which will meet at least the following needs travelers: -provided easy access to timetables and routes; -provided quick information about delays, changes or failures; - provided intuitive and unambiguous dynamic and static bus stop information (offline and online). Moreover, the system will enabled: - quick update of stop information in the event of changes in the route of bus or tram lines; - quick and mass updating of timetables in the event of changes; -presenting additional information (notifications, warnings) on media - used by ZTM, including at all or selected stops (via the electronic board system). 2.
