The subject of public procurement is the framework contract for the provision of the service (for simplification, the term 'framework contract' is also used for the purposes of these tender documents also interchangeably with the term 'contract').

The subject of the contract is, on the basis of orders of the procurement organization, the provision of post -warranty refurbishmenttraction batteries of electric buses, which are after the life set by the manufacturer according to the terms of the contract.

The subject of the contract will be divided into two parts (see point 4.1). If the following text is given the phrase 'contract' of the contract, it is deemed that this represents the fulfillment for the relevant part of the subjectorders (in terms of point 4.1).

We require the delivery and installation of 5 sets of traction batteries for SOR ENS 12 electric buses together with ecological disposal of worn traction batteries.2000 NMC 18650 for 180 modules
