The realization of a closed shell for technical infrastructure and logistics facilities With this selection guideline, the Contracting Authority wishes to question the market for the realization of a new building. The project includes the complete construction engineering realization of a functional, cost-efficient and closed structure (shell). The building is primarily intended for housing technical installations and logistics functions[IG1.1][LH1.2]. The construction site requires prior deforestation. With this one ZOL's selection guideline aims to select candidate contractors who have the necessary technical competencies, experience and organizational capacity to successfully realize this strategically important infrastructure project. A more elaborate one description is included in Appendix II project definition.
