Description: The object of this contract is the determination in animals of the rodent type of safety in terms of impact of organs and psychomotor faculties that a natural compound that we will call Natcomp2. In addition, this service must include blood and behavioral parameters in rodents that have ingested the compound that is to be evaluated after the administration of two doses via oral of the compound, within the framework of the PDC2022-133171- PDC research project. I00 of the University of Barcelona (the chemical structure is confidential for intellectual property issues). This study contains the following features: - Determination of general safety parameters at two doses (oral via), including the price of animals, treatments, storage, etc. - Bioanalysis. - Determination of toxicokinetic blood parameters (in the blood of controls and treaties). - Determination of parameters derived from the performance of the "neurological" test of Irwin for reasons of homogeneity of laboratory animals and for logistical reasons, all trials must be performed by the same contractor.
