The purpose of this specific clauses is the maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installations at Carsat Pays de la Loire. The holder will ensure the driving, monitoring, adjustment, control as well as routine maintenance of all installations. The various services concerned by this contract are as follows: • Manual or automatic switching on and off of the installations. • Measurements and adjustments with a view to optimization of operation or regulatory obligations. • Maintaining and adjusting regulations and balancing. • Surveillance, rounds and routine inspections. • Meter readings and record keeping operating. • Preventive maintenance. • Corrective maintenance.
