This single award framework agreement with purchase orders, entered into in accordance with articles R. 2162-1 to 2162-6 and 2162-13 to 2162-14 of the public procurement code, has as its object maintenance and investment work in locksmithing, ironwork and metalwork of 6 sites classified as historic monuments. The work is of varying scale and technical complexity, systematically taking place on an occupied site. In accordance with article R.2162-4 of the public procurement code, the framework agreement is concluded: - without minimum amount - with a maximum annual amount of: 500, 000 euros (excl. tax) annually, i.e. a maximum amount for the total duration of the framework agreement of 2, 000, 000 euros (excl. tax). This framework agreement takes effect from its notification to the holder for a period of one year. The duration of the framework agreement may be renewed 3 times, by tacit renewal, at each annual deadline and for periods of 12 months, without exceeding the duration of 4 years. Purchase orders are issued gradually measure of needs, during the period of validity of this framework agreement. Purchase orders regularly notified during the validity period of the framework agreement are executed, even beyond this period. The execution time is set in the order form. order, it runs from the date of notification of the order form.
