The purpose of the mission is to support Rainforest Foundation Norway (RFN) in the design, implementation, and operationalization of a complete, harmonized, and accessible mechanism for managing complaints, appeals, and alerts for all of its programs in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The selected service provider will perform two complementary functions: Phase 1 involves the diagnosis, design, validation, and progressive deployment of the mechanism in 2026, while Phase 2 focuses on the operationalization and experimentation of the mechanism in 2027, particularly in the province of Équateur. The service provider will carry out a diagnosis of existing systems, design the mechanism's architecture, develop a procedures manual, set up a secure database, train stakeholders, and support the pilot phase of the mechanism.
