The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply, maintenance and associated services of audiovisual and videoconferencing solutions for the Beneficiaries of this framework agreement. The framework agreement geographically covers the metropolis (including Corsica) as well as DROM-COM. Its purpose is to carry out the following services: Item 1: Entry service and initialization mission of the framework agreement; Item 2: Acquisition service and installation of simple equipment (lot 1 exclusively); Position 3: Acquisition and integration service of audiovisual and videoconferencing components of complex rooms and specific equipment; Item 4: One-off technical support service; Item 5: Infrastructure assessment service ; Item 6: Outsourcing service; Item 7: Support and maintenance provision; Item 8: Concierge service; Item 9: Provision of training and support for change; Item 10: Study and assistance provision; Post 11: Development service; Item 12: Exit benefit: reversibility/transferability
