These are framework agreements with single-award purchase orders for work, with no annual minimum and an annual maximum of 3, 000, 000 euro(s) excluding VAT per lot. It is divided into 9 geographical lots divided into 3 lots by TU (territorial units) i.e. lots 1, 2 and 3 (NORTH WEST UT), lots 4, 5 and 6 (NORTH EAST UT) and lots 7, 8 and 9 (South UT). All lots of this consultation include a possible mandatory Additional Service relating to on-call duty for interventions following accidents, floods, falls of trees, collapses, and all urgent interventions will be the subject of a quarterly order form from the project owner or his representatives. The geographical area of ​​intervention will be the entire Department. (see chapter III article 6 of the CCTP)
