Design goal: to prepare Panevėžys the technical work project for the modernization of the indoor facilities and educational environment of the nursery-kindergarten "Rūta", designing the following works: designing the repair and re-planning of the planned first floor rooms and spaces (indicated in the plan) and access to them; design new engineering systems in the modernized premises, providing for the connection of new trunk systems behind the modernized premises (heating, hot, cold water, domestic sewage, ventilation-air conditioning, electrotechnical part, electronic communications (telecommunications - computer, video transmission networks), security and fire alarms (new and/or connection to existing systems), replacement of input electrical panels for modernized premises and the entire building), replacement of doors where necessary; design outdoor and educational spaces and access to them.
