Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is to verify the technical installations present in the buildings of the order group composed of the Municipality of Bezons (95870) and its Municipal Social Action Center (C.C.A.S). In accordance with the provisions of Article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, the services are divided into two (2) lots, each of which will constitute its own public contract, namely: - Lot No. 1: Verifications of electrical installations; - Lot n°2: Verification of gas installations. This public contract is a public contract with an adapted procedure, in accordance with the provisions of articles L2123-1 and R2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code. It is also a public service contract in application of the provisions of articles L.1111-4 and R.2121-6 of the Public Procurement Code. This contract will be concluded from its date of notification to the holder electronically for a period of one (1) year, renewable three (3) times tacitly for the same period, i.e. four (4) years maximum, in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2125-1 paragraph 1 and R.2112-4 of the Public Procurement Code.
