The purpose of this contract is to regulate the concession of the private use of the premises intended for the exploitation of the integrated bar activity in the Parc Del Mazinger Z de Cabra Del Camp, in accordance with the details of the tasks indicated in the contract of technical prescriptions Individuals Forming Part of This Contract. This Bar Is Integrated Within The Mazinger Z Park, Located In Alfredo Garrido Square, De Cabra Del Camp, Providing Service To The Users Of This Park And Any Other Person. The Compliance Of Obligations and the Scope of the Rights and Faculties Inherent in this Concession Will Adjust to the Determinations of this Set of Particular Administrative Clauses, to the Set of Technical Prescriptions (Hereinafter, Ppt), to the Regulations and Instructions That May Dictate the City Council and the Regulations That Are Applicable.
