The purpose of this contract is the provision of the operation, maintenance and conservation services of the El Hierro Hydrowind Power Plant, property of Gorona del Viento El Hierro, S.A., in order to guarantee its correct exploitation, availability, safety and conservation. The object of the present specification is to define the work to be carried out by the company awarded the contract to provide the operation, maintenance and conservation services of the El Hierro Hydrowind Power Plant (hereinafter CHE), property of Gorona del Viento El Hierro, S.A. (hereinafter GORONA). The contracted services must mainly include: Operation: operation and supervision in person 24 hours a day, 365/6 days a year of the operating parameters of the CHE. The operation must be carried out at all times in accordance with the regulations applicable to the electrical system and with the operating procedures established by Red Eléctrica de España, in its capacity as system operator. The AWARDEE will be responsible for know, apply and comply with the operating procedures that apply to the CHE, as well as the operating instructions that, where appropriate, are issued by the system operator.
