This is a framework agreement within the meaning of articles R. 2162-2 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code concluded with an economic operator. - The market is good order for the following services: o Moving and exceptional technical assistance services o Purchase of associated software (including maintenance) o Purchase of annual maintenance packages This part of the contract (framework agreement to purchase orders) is concluded without a minimum and with an annual maximum of 30, 000 euro(s) excluding tax - The contract is at unit prices according to the quantities actually executed, with regard to the maintenance of equipment (cost per page)?
