The purpose of this contract consists of the supply, installation, integration, parameterization and commissioning of audiovisual systems intended for the institutional spaces of the Chamber... The object of this contract consists of the supply, installation, integration, parameterization and commissioning of audiovisual systems intended for the institutional spaces of the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Valladolid, in accordance with the technical specifications collected in the Technical Prescriptions Document. In order to guarantee that the Chamber has the appropriate means to effectively fulfill its mission, it is considered necessary to modernize and standardize the audiovisual capabilities of four institutional spaces - Plenary Hall, Oval Room, Chamber Club Room and Executive Committee Room - so as to ensure the development of in-person and hybrid events with professional standards of image, sound, capture, dissemination and control, and with a Simple operation for non-technical personnel. This action responds to the obsolescence of some of the current equipment and the increase in demand for advanced capabilities that allow us to offer communication and representation services in accordance with the institutional relevance of the Chamber, such as high-quality videoconferencing, multi-camera production with automatic tracking, digital signage systems and large format projection with low latency, as well as the convenience of unifying protocols of video and audio that simplify maintenance and allow scalability, all aligned with the purpose of reinforcing the corporate image, improving interaction...
