The procuring organization plans to purchase textile waste collection containers, including theirs delivery at Statybininkai st. 3, Kaunas. The goods are purchased according to the Buyer's needs, by submitting separate orders during the period of execution of the Agreement. The Buyer does not undertake to purchase the entire specified quantity of Goods. The quantities of Goods specified in the purchase documents are preliminary and may change (may be purchased more or less, but not exceeding the initial value of the Agreement specified in the Special Clause of the Agreement). A detailed description of the goods and other requirements for the supplied goods are set out in the addendum to the special conditions of purchase no. 8 / Special conditions of the contract in the appendix no. 1 "Textile waste collection technical specification for the purchase of containers" and "Proposal" in Appendix No. 2 of the Agreement. The preliminary quantity of containers planned to be purchased is 200 units. It is planned to submit 1 (one) order. The specified quantities are preliminary and may change during the execution of the Contract according to the actual of the Contracting Authority the need.
