A brief description of the procurement: Purchase of dental supplies under the framework contracts for 24 months, with the possibility of extending 12 months. As a result of the procurement, the framework agreement shall be concluded with up to two (2) tenderers to each procurement, on the basis of which the materials are obtained as needed (the expected amount of material is provided in the procurement documentation). The evaluation criterion is the lowest price of the cart. The providers with whom the contract is concluded are ordered according to the unit prices in the shopping cart, which prefer the tenderer, whose material price is cheaper. If for some reason a cheaper provider is unable to deliver the goods within the term prescribed in the contract, the contracting authority will turn to the next tenderer.
