This Request for Proposals (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services to prospective Vendors to obtain Submissions for the Provision of Manitoba Network Isolation Architecture (MNIA) Services as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Appendix B - Scope of the Deliverables.



The existing Network Isolation service provides isolated internet (IP) device connectivity through Manitoba-s private IP network. This is used for devices and systems that need internet access, while maintaining additional security and isolation from Manitoba-s managed desktop and hosting environments.



Through this procurement initiative, Manitoba intends to select a Vendor who will provide a new cost-effective Network Isolation service that satisfies existing and emerging business requirements, including:Scalable secure network isolation access to the Manitoba Network and/or Internet for each device and device type.The capability to connect more devices and device types from existing or other government office sites.Detailed reporting on types and number of devices connected.Monthly reports indicating the last connect date for each device, within each departmental business unit.Monthly...
